Digital Marketing Team Leader

Responsibilities

  • Managing the daily operations of Digital Marketing Team (7 Members)
  • Assisting Supervisors and Operations Manager in improving team productivity and efficiency by influencing, motivating and guiding direct reports to their optimum performance (KPIs)
  • Provides workflow supervision to Marketing Campaign Specialists, Marketing Automation (Web) Administrators, and Campaign Analytics Specialists
  • Serves as a coach to team members to different marketing projects and/or initiatives
  • Serves as an escalation point-of-contact for team issues or concerns related to permission marketing and campaign management
  • Reviews inbound campaign requests and reviews prioritization based on strategic value, business objectives, etc
  • Works with requestors to fine-tune campaign strategy before assigning resources
  • Works in conjunction with other marketing point-of-contacts (e.g. social media, web, events) to ensure all project deliverables adhere to standards and branding guidelines
  • Prioritizes resources based on campaign’s strategic value
  • Performs quality control review of campaign assets created by Campaign Management team for branding, communications quality (message), design, accuracy
  • Monitor and report on campaign error rates and provide actionable recommendations
  • Monitors consistent execution of campaigns across the business platform/group
  • Enforce modern marketing principles, drive best practices and ensure that all campaigns adhere to established guidelines


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Communication Arts or Equivalent
  • At least +2 years experience as Team Leader or relevant experience in a senior role in campaign management (moving from individual contributor to leading a team)
  • At least 3 years experience in campaign management
  • Above average communication skills (oral & written) and excellent telephone skills
  • General knowledge of Digital Marketing, Marketing Campaign Management, Permission Marketing and Campaign Analytics is required
  • High competence in the usage of MS Outlook and MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of various software applications such as CRM, MS Access, Adobe applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
